Join Fifth of Nisan, a dynamic force of infectious energy and eclectic sound. Combining melodies from the Eastern European shtetl together with jazz, pop, and world music, the ensemble creates a kaleidoscope. Hypnotic trumpet melodies. Virtuoso clarinet solos. Haunting violin lines. Each instrument weaves seamlessly into the ensemble's unique sound. Beneath it all, the percussion-and-drums duo drive the rhythm forward. With a repertoire spanning traditional tunes, original compositions, and surprising reinventions, every performance is full of chutzpah!
