From Ben-Gurion to bagels, Yentl to yoga, we always have something for everyone. Limmud is an opportunity for you to cultivate a personal Jewish experience and learn from presenters you might never come across otherwise.

First Light: an inspirational musical journey by brother/sister Duo ‘Sibling Revelry’ (Laiya and David Rothberg)

Laiya and David will lead you on a musical journey through their original CD 'First Light'. The melodies are evocative of various spiritual, inspiring themes - some specifically Jewish and others of a more general nature, providing an uplifting listening experience. They will explain the inspiration, background and meaning behind selected songs on the album, interspersed with live performances of these melodies in Hebrew and English. If time allows, Laiya and David are also happy to play a few requests of your favourite songs from their large repertoire.
